Mike is a Partner in Falcon Training Ltd and Millpond Ltd. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and has taught Project Management in corporate and academic domains including at MBA level at the University of Canterbury and University of Otago. He is an experienced practitioner and active volunteer with the Project Management Institute of New Zealand (PMINZ), most recently as lead of South Island Membership. Mike holds a Bachelor of ICT and Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, and is one of the first PMI Agile Certified Practitioners (PMI-ACP)® in New Zealand.
Karen is a sought-after speaker and facilitator. She frequently advises executive teams on the governance and effective control of portfolios and major programmes of change. She is valued by her clients for her ability to challenge their thinking and encourage fresh ways of looking at strategic issues.
Karen has supported and led many major change initiatives. Recently she helped lead a major transformation of the way Defence invests in, and develops, new military capabilities. Lesley has over twenty-five years’ experience in the training and development field, specifically building her expertise in the areas of mentoring and coaching programme design and training, evaluation and research. She completed her PhD in 2011 which resulted in the development of an integrated model for mentoring as a mechanism for supporting professional development and enhancing leadership capabilities across an organisation.

James T. Brown Ph.D., president of SEBA® Solutions Inc., a Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute, has provided training and consulting services for dozens of companies nationally and internationally. He is the author of The Handbook of Program Management published by McGraw-Hill. James has been published in PM Network, PE Magazine, PMI Community Post, Projects@Work, The Systems Thinker and PM World Today.
James has a patent for a project scheduling methodology, and has received numerous awards including "Engineer of the Year" from the Cape Canaveral Technical Societies and the "NASA Public Service Medal”for exceptional contributions to NASA’s mission. James has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, a MS in Engineering Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional and a Certified Speaking Professional. A recognized authority in project management, he is a frequently invited keynote speaker on project management and leadership who provides brilliant bluntness on real world, common sense practices for project management and leadership.
James is a member of the Project Management Institute. James is an avid surf fisherman whose favorite activity is catch and release fishing for Roosterfish.
