Tim obtained a BSc Graduate Environmental Science (Bournemouth Uni, UK) and has 16 years extensive experience in development and implementation of HSEQ risk management strategies and systems across a wide range of industries including petro-chemical, mining, heavy manufacturing, plastics, defence, government and involved in large scale civil engineering and construction projects. He is experienced in both field based and management functions including major projects in Australia from 2001 to 2013 – working across Petro chemical and large scale Water and infrastructure projects. Tim relocated to NZ in 2013 with Fletchers as National Health and Safety Manager and has won multiple awards for health and safety initiatives he developed on the M2PP Alliance expressway. Tim is currently working on health and safety in design outcomes for NZTA expressway projects, new corporate headquarter developments and water pipeline infrastructure projects across New Zealand.

For over 14 years Edwin has been teaching and applying agile techniques to help organisations re-think how they approach work and people. He has trained thousands of New Zealander’s agile, and helped countless organisations find better approaches to modern workplace challenges.

He is a certified ICAgile trainer, a Professional Scrum Trainer and Evidence Based Management consultant with Scrum.org and has spoken at Agile events worldwide.

He is also a PMP, and served 4 years on the South Island branch committee. He is a community focused person who donates a percentage of his time to universities to help teach future leaders agile thinking, and to the local primary school to teach 9 year olds kids programming.

In 2006 Edwin founded Clarus, a consulting firm that lead the way in agile adoption in New Zealand. Clarus was acquired by Assurity Consulting in 2012 where Edwin is now the General Manager of Auckland branch and an integral part of the company leadership team.

Wayne moved to using a profiling tool as part of his coaching regime 12 years ago after discovering the enormous difference a credible profiling tool can make to individual and team performance.

Recently retired as Founder and CEO of Project Plus Ltd he is now a published author, consultant and international speaker. In 2006, he was Chairman of the PMI Board of Directors overseeing a period of globalization and significant growth.  

Iain’s specialties include: organizational governance; portfolio, program & project management consultancy; portfolio and program governance; EPMO/PMOs; change management, value management and benefits realization management.

Bruce Keightley’s extensive military career has ingrained the Agile principles of transparency, inspection and adaption. This, combined with his extensive and real-life leadership, management and training experience has produced an unusual, but extremely effective skill set.

Bruce served in the Royal New Zealand Air Force for over 23 years as a pilot, flying instructor, staff officer and squadron commander. After leaving the air force he moved to the Middle East where he flew with three different air forces over an eight year period. On returning to New Zealand he started consulting in the leadership, training and aviation sectors until he was introduced to Agile in 2010.  Since then he has worked as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, trainer and Agile coach; he has implemented Scrum, Kanban, Visual Management and Evidence Based Management into a growing number of clients throughout New Zealand.

Mike is a Partner in Falcon Training Ltd and Millpond Ltd. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and has taught Project Management in corporate and academic domains including at MBA level at the University of Canterbury and University of Otago. He is an experienced practitioner and active volunteer with the Project Management Institute of New Zealand (PMINZ), most recently as lead of South Island Membership. Mike holds a Bachelor of ICT and Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, and is one of the first PMI Agile Certified Practitioners (PMI-ACP)® in New Zealand.
