Executive Director, EY New Zealand
Ross is an Executive Director with the EY New Zealand People Advisory Services consulting practice. He is also the Change Management Institute (CMI) Auckland Chapter Lead, a position he has held for the last 3 years. Ross has worked with Boards and executive teams for over 25 years across a wide range of sectors including Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing & Professional Services, both in New Zealand & in Asia Pacific.
- Ross has worked with organisations undergoing major transformations to coach change leaders, lead project teams of change managers and develop tools & methods to build change capability internally. He is passionate about the role of the change leader to help organisations transform and has facilitated many workshops for clients on this topic.
- Ross has also worked collaboratively with executive teams to redesign their organisations by developing new operating models and supporting reporting structures and roles aligned with business strategy.
- Ross holds a Bachelor of Business from Massey University (NZ) majoring in Human Resources, is a Distinguished Fellow of HRINZ, a position held since 2012, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Edwin is an experienced business leader and consultant who has been involved in agile since 2002. He mainly works with leader, executives and boards who are looking to apply agile thinking strategically to their businesses.
He has spent over 16 years helping organisations improve how they prioritise, collaborate and deliver customer value. This, coupled with the accountability of running various businesses, has enabled him to deeply understand what organisations need to do modernise and thrive in the age of disruption.

Dan's career has seen him so far work with and advising leaders on organizational agility across Telecommunications, Financial Services, FMCG, Media and Broadcasting, Postal, Government and Manufacturing industries.
Prior to forming radically, Dan was General Manager at Assurity, and responsible for leading a team of 50 consulting staff in the Auckland region. He successfully grew the Auckland Branch, doubling it's headcount within the year and also brought innovative practices that challenged traditional consulting models. Today Dan is an active member of the community, helping to connect leaders of organizations who have similar challenges, with the aim of exponentially increasing the positive impact that organizations have in New Zealand.

Dr. Rich Allen
Dr. Rich Allen is a highly regarded educator and master trainer, with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. His cognitive learning theory research, which provided understanding on how the brain receives, processes, stores, and recalls information, forms the basis for his radical approach to teaching, presenting and facilitating.
In 25 years of taking his ideas around the world, he has changed the lives of tens thousands of educators and executives, by giving them practical new presentation and teaching techniques that massively increase personal effectiveness.
Rich works with executives and corporate training divisions in the United States, Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brunei, Russia, Jordan, and Brazil. A former off-Broadway actor, he coaches executives in presentation and facilitation skills. He also runs 'Train the Trainer' programs, and is the best-selling author of TrainSmart and Humane Presentations.

Warner is founder and CEO of Height, Australasia’s experts in the tendering and procurement of high-value, high-risk contracts. A Chartered Professional Engineer, Warner has more than 20 years’ New Zealand and international experience in the aerospace, defence, power, transport, construction and infrastructure sectors. Warner’s engaging delivery style and keen interest in how technology and other factors are changing business and society make him a popular presenter at conferences and workshops.
Mike is a Partner in Falcon Training Ltd and Millpond Ltd. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and has taught Project Management in corporate and academic domains including at MBA level at the University of Canterbury and University of Otago. He is an experienced practitioner and active volunteer with the Project Management Institute of New Zealand (PMINZ), most recently as lead of South Island Membership. Mike holds a Bachelor of ICT and Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, and is one of the first PMI Agile Certified Practitioners (PMI-ACP)® in New Zealand.
